Born and raised in Hamilton, Dave has proudly called the Mountain home for more than 50 years. Throughout his career, one thing has always remained constant – his commitment to exceptional customer service. Whether estimating and selling windows at Turkstra Lumber or managing stores for Tamarack Lumber and Slack Lumber, Dave built lasting relationships by making every customer feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of who he is. Before opening Squares Pizza & Wings, Dave owned and operated a successful woodworking and custom door business, creating beautiful handcrafted pieces including custom wall units, tables, benches, glass doors, and barn-style interior doors. Working with his hands and taking pride in quality craftsmanship has always been his passion.

Looking for a new challenge and a fresh way to serve his community, Dave turned that same passion toward food. His vision is simple: serve fresh, high-quality food at fair prices while treating every customer like a neighbour. Every order is prepared with care, using quality ingredients and the kind of friendly service that keeps people coming back.

Conveniently located between Upper Sherman and Upper Gage, Squares Pizza & Wings is proud to be Hamilton's newest neighbourhood pizza shop. Along with our signature square pizzas and crispy wings, we offer hearty favourites like Chicken Parm, Veal Parm, Crispy Chicken, and our BLT on a fresh ciabatta bun.
